Accelerate Automotive is a family-owned European vehicle specialist, specialising in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, and Porsche. 20+ years in the game. Small team, big reputation.

We are looking for a Service Advisor who owns the customer experience from first call to keys back in hand.

The role:

• Run the front of house - bookings, quoting, updates, follow-ups
• Translate what the techs find into plain English for customers
• Keep the workshop schedule moving
• Handle invoicing, parts and admin
• Build the kind of relationships that bring people back

You:

• Customer-facing automotive experience (or serious hunger to learn)
• Organised, fast on your feet, good under pressure
• Comfortable with tech and workshop systemsStrong admin skills - detail-oriented and nothing slips through the cracks
• Current driver's licence
