Registered Nurse (Practice Nurse) โ Goodna QLD Position Summary We are a busy private general practice in Goodna QLD 4300 seeking a compassionate, energetic Registered Nurse to join our team full time.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality nursing care in primary practice, including wound management, immunisations, chronic disease support, ear syringing, and other clinical procedures within scope.
- Perform triage, take health histories, and conduct assessments to support GP consultations and care planning.
- Administer vaccines and medications, maintain accurate clinical records, and ensure compliance with infection control standards.
- Support chronic disease management programs such as diabetes, COPD, asthma, and cardiovascular risk assessments.
- Participate in patient education, preventive health initiatives, and community health promotion activities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and continuity of care.
Selection Criteria
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
- Experience in general practice, community health, or a related primary care setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication, and patient-centred care approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Current CPR, immunisation certification, and up-to-date vaccinations as per practice policy.
- Clear criminal history check and evidence of right to work in Australia.
