\n\nMandatory -Team Handling Experience
\n\nExperience-7+yrs
\n\nLocation-Bangalore(Banashankari)
\n\nBudget-8-10LPA
\n\nLanguage proficiency-Kannada and English is Must.
\n\nExperience & Education:
\n\nExperience: 5+ years of core experience in Internal Audit or related Risk Assurance roles.
\n\nEducation: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or an equivalent professional degree.
\n\nLanguage Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Kannada and Telugu is highly preferred due to regional coordination requirements.
\n\nTechnical Skills:
\n\nDeep understanding of internal audit standards, risk management frameworks, and internal control systems.
\n\nStrong proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel is a must) and accounting software like Tally or ERP.
\n\nSolid grasp of general accounting principles and statutory audit procedures.
\n\nSoft Skills:
\n\nProven Team Handling experience and the ability to mentor junior staff.
\n\nExceptional interpersonal skills to navigate discussions with department heads and partners.
\n\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

\n\n\nKey Responsibilities
\n\n1. Audit Planning & Execution
\n\nLead the planning and execution of internal audits for various departments and business functions.
\n\nDevelop robust audit checklists and testing procedures tailored to specific business risks.
\n\nEnsure all audit activities align with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
\n\n2. Compliance & Controls
\n\nCritically evaluate existing processes to identify gaps in internal controls.
\n\nPropose structural improvements to enhance process efficiency and risk mitigation.
\n\n3. Documentation & Reporting
\n\nMaintain comprehensive working papers and meticulous audit records.
\n\nDraft high-impact audit reports featuring clear observations, risk-based assessments, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
\n\n4. Team Leadership & Coordination
\n\nSupervise junior auditors and coordinate with process owners to ensure timely closure of open audit issues.
\n\nMonitor the implementation of recommended improvements across the organization.
\n\n5. Technology & Data Analysis
\n\nLeverage Tally, ERP systems, and advanced Excel to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets for audit evidence.
