Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle property enquiries from prospective buyers and investors

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

Coordinate and conduct property/site visits

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Assist the team throughout the sales process, from enquiry to closure

Stay updated on property listings, locations and market trends

Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets
