Our days are busy, our phones are always ringing, and we take pride in delivering a high level of service to our customers. We’re now looking for the right person to take control of the phones, bookings, and scheduling—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the role
This role is entirely remote/work from home- we will provide equipment needed
This is a key position in the business—you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and the person who keeps our plumbers organised and on track.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls and booking jobs
- Managing and optimising daily schedules for plumbers
- Responding to website and email enquiries
- Following up quotes and outstanding jobs
- Updating job notes, invoices, and customer records
- General admin to support the team

We don’t expect plumbing experience—but we do need someone who can handle a busy workload and stay organised.
You’ll be a great fit if you are:

- A fast learner with systems and software
- Reliable and take pride in your work
Experience in admin, customer service, or scheduling is highly regarded.
