Warehouse Associate

Role Overview:Join a growing fulfillment operation on a contract basis with the opportunity for extension based on performance. Great fit for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work in a fast-paced logistics environment.Responsibilities:- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately using RF scanners or digital pick lists- Load and unload delivery trucks; operate pallet jacks orforklifts (certification a plus, training available)- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies- Sort, label, and organize inbound/outbound shipments- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work areaRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Comfortable with an active role that involves regular physical movement, standing, and manual handling of materials throughout the shift- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred, not required- Basic familiarity with scanner/WMS systems a plusWhat We Offer:- Competitive, transparent pay rate disclosed before start- Flexible shift options (day/night/weekend)- Clear onboarding and safety training on day one- Potential for contract extension or conversion to long-term roles based on performance
