Role Description

The Customer Service Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Brisbane, QLD. This role is responsible for implementing financial advice recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining client records, supporting financial planners with administrative follow-up with product providers, and coordinating documentation required for financial advice.

The Customer Service Officer will handle client feedback, assist with resolution of issues, and help enhance the overall client experience. The role requires consistent adherence to company policies, confidentiality standards, and a professional, solutions-focused approach to every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse clients.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support, including managing enquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance.
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with a commitment to delivering polite, efficient, and client-centered service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and accurate email correspondence.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requests.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., CRM systems, email, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn financial planning tools.
  • Previous experience in financial services, banking, or professional services is desirable but not essential.
  • Certificate or diploma in business, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
