We're partnering with a well-established business looking to hire an ambitious FP&A Analyst who wants to move beyond technical accounting and become a true commercial finance partner.

In this role, you'll take ownership of a key revenue stream on the P&L, working closely with operational stakeholders to understand performance, provide meaningful insights, and influence business decisions.

What you'll be doing:

• Partner with leaders across the business to provide commercial financial support.
• Own and analyse a key revenue line within the P&L.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Deliver financial analysis that helps drive business performance.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities, presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc commercial projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is making their first move from Big 4 or Mid-Tier Audit, Business Advisory or Financial Accounting.
• Has strong technical accounting foundations but wants a more commercial career.
• Is naturally curious and enjoys understanding how a business operates.
• Is a self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
• Has excellent communication skills and enjoys building relationships with stakeholders.
• Has a genuine desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career in FP&A.
