Customer Service Representative - Autobody Shop

The position will encompass a range of responsibilities, including assisting with repair estimates, dealing with insurance providers, processing work orders, working with vendors and interacting with customers.

We are currently seeking a *Customer Service Representative* for our *Wolfe Collision at Wolfe Chevrolet Edmonton *location. It’s important for the CSR to possess a customer-first attitude and leave no stone unturned in giving customers the best possible experience.

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

* Greet all customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner * Maintain a broad knowledge base of auto body repair legislation, insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, and billing * Coordinate Rental Car /Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers * Maintain Repair Orders: All files are opened, details entered correctly and accurately, in compliance with all legislation and including obtaining proper authorizations * Assure the customer is communicated with throughout the repair process * Booking estimate appointments * Booking vehicle repair appointments * Filing * Secure payments * Comply with Wolfe Chevrolet’s daily receipts guidelines and procedures * Perform other duties as required to meet the needs of the business successfully

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

* High school diploma or GED * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must have a valid driver’s license * Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written * Ability to read and understand the basics of repair instructions, written estimates, and work orders * Organization and multi-tasking; adapts quickly to a fast-paced environment
