Job Description

This position problem solves and conducts basic research into customer inquiries. This position uses best judgement to select the best course of action. This position works with both external and internal customers, and assists those customers with questions concerning their bill. This position prepares billing adjustments as needed.

Advanced or fluent level of French language required for the role.

Training – is a 4 weeks classroom-based training group on site in our Citywest location followed by an additional 4 weeks working on site before the option of Hybrid working model . so could on site full time for the first 8 weeks
