IS Technical Support Analyst

Salary: £38,845 - 43,162 per year

Requirements

• IT support or service desk experience
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Active Directory
• Microsoft 365 support experience
• Basic networking troubleshooting skills
• Experience with ITIL ticketing systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Desirable: PowerShell, SQL, Citrix, Windows Server

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows devices, servers, printers, and networks
• Manage incidents and requests through ITIL ticketing systems
• Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure
• Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues
• Maintain IT assets and documentation
• Support system changes, moves, and occasional out-of-hours cover
