What Youll Be Doing (position summary):

The Technology Provisioning Analyst is responsible for supporting access provisioning within the organization. This role reviews and processes end-user access requests based on business needs, ensuring compliance with guidelines, controls, policies, and standards while maintaining accurate communication and contributing to continuous process improvement.

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Efficiently perform review and process access requests submitted via ServiceNow.
• Perform add, modify, and revoke access, accurately and within established timelines.
• Perform provisioning activities in accordance with knowledge base guidelines.
• Adhere to established controls, policies, and standards.
• Maintain clear and accurate communication notes within ServiceNow.
• Effectively communicate any gaps identified against established processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the service request management process

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

• Collaborate with IT support teams, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely provisioning of access.
• Work closely with compliance and governance teams to ensure access provisioning aligns with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Interact with end users to clarify access needs and resolve provisioning issues.

COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As an employee of CIBC, the incumbent must comply with all applicable CIBC and Line of Business policies, standards, guidelines and controls.

JOB DIMENSIONS:

• Complete provisioning for multiple business units and applications.
• Responsible for timely and accurate fulfillment of access requests.

Experience: 5+ years of experience

Who You Are (skills/qualifications):

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years experience in the technology field, with a focus on end user access.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in application access
• Experience with PowerShell and Power BI scripting
