Business Operations Intern

Location- HSR Layout, Bangalore

Duration- 6 months 

Paid Internship- 30,000/ month

Mode of work- Work from office (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth & Marketing Support

● Support market research and segment mapping

● Assist in building and maintaining lead databases

● Help track marketing campaign performance

● Support content research for blogs and thought leadership

● Maintain CRM hygiene and lead tracking reports

2. Sales & Business Development Support

● Conduct cold and warm outreach via phone, email, and WhatsApp

● Follow up with prospective borrowers for documentation

● Ensure complete document submission by customers

● Track borrower movement across sales lifecycle stages

● Support Business Head with sales tracking and reporting
