JV Crash Repairs Automotive Group has been an innovator in the automotive industry for over 40 years. We have full-time position available for an experienced Site Manager

JV Crash Repairs Automotive Group is growing its business and opening a new shop in Two Wells.

The Role:

• Organise Team and workflow through workshop
• Production scheduling
• Ensure quality repairs are completed to scope within time frame
• Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity
• Check repairs are completed as per job sheet and, complete final quality sign off
• Meet KPI's / monthly targets
• Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times

You will have:

• Previous experience in a leadership capacity (preferable)
• Qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (desirable)
• Outstanding technical knowledge of automotive structure and car body parts
• A comprehensive understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques
• Excellent organization, time management skills
• High ability to communicate
• A focus on site safety, workflow and productivity
• Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
