Architect | 3D Visualization & Luxury Interior Design

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality photorealistic 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Create detailed 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
• Work closely with the design team to translate concepts into compelling visual representations.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and presentation decks.
• Ensure accurate lighting, textures, furniture selection, and detailing in every visualization.
• Coordinate with architects and interior designers throughout the design process.
• Incorporate client feedback and deliver projects within timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3–7 years of experience in architectural visualization or luxury interior projects.
• Strong expertise in:
• 3ds Max
• V-Ray / Corona Renderer
• SketchUp
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
• Experience with Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, or Revit is an added advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium or luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
• Excellent understanding of materials, lighting, composition, and luxury design aesthetics.
