Job DescriptionJob Description: PolicyBazaar is hiring a Team Lead – Inside Sales to manage and drive telesales team performance, ensure achievement of sales targets, and maintain operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
