Location: Northwood HQ, Middlesex, HA6 3HP
Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent, full, or part-time, up to 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (includes some weekends)
Shift times: Between 0800 and 1700

What you’ll do:

  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims accurately and efficiently
  • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Reconciling financial records and supporting month-end processes
  • Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records
  • Managing correspondence, filing systems and document control
  • Providing administrative support to managers and wider teams
  • Responding to queries from internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Supporting meetings, diary management and report preparation when required
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assisting with data entry and producing routine reports

What we’re looking for:

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

  • Previous experience in an account, finance, administration, or office support role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Good numerical and analytical abilities
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to work
  • Experience using finance systems would be advantageous.
