We are seeking an exceptional marketing leader to step into a pivotal, newly created role. This is a unique opportunity to significantly impact the brand's trajectory, driving its expansion and solidifying its market presence. You will be instrumental in crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies, leading a high-performing team, and directly influencing the growth of a brand that is already experiencing rapid success and planning further ambitious expansions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to accelerate brand growth and market penetration.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Oversee and collaborate with external digital agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Drive content creation and campaign delivery, maintaining a hands‑on approach to execution.
- Analyze performance data, including EBITDA, to inform strategic decisions and manage marketing P&Ls effectively.
- Contribute to the brand's expansion into new marketing channels, including OOH, TVCs, and Radio.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a senior marketing leader within a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce startup environment.
- A strong blend of creative vision and an eye for design, coupled with deep performance marketing knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire internal teams and external agencies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a willingness to be hands‑on in content and campaign delivery.
- Commercial acumen, including the ability to interpret financial data (e.g., EBITDA) and manage profit and loss statements.
- A self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic startup environment.
Compensation
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $170,000 - $180,000 + Superannuation. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
