QIX Consulting Group is partnering with a well-established and respected business in the wine industry to find an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their friendly team based in Thomastown, Victoria.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on building great relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience across retail, hospitality, online and private customers. Working closely with the sales, warehouse and leadership teams, you'll help keep operations running smoothly while delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Manage the Customer Service inbox and provide timely resolutions.
- Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and logistics team.
- Support Sales Representatives with customer requests and administration.
- Assist with stock enquiries and inventory coordination.
- Prepare sales and debtor reports.
- Provide reception and general administrative support.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable, banking and receipt allocations.
- Coordinate office supplies across VIC, NSW and QLD.
- Support annual events including trade shows and warehouse sales.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Confidence working in a busy office environment.
- Experience using inventory or accounting systems (Fishbowl, Reckon or similar) will be highly regarded.
- Experience within the wine, beverage, FMCG or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
