Scope
The role of Safety Systems - Admin Support Officer plays a key role in supporting the setup, management and continuous improvement of Evergreen ANZ's DoneSafe safety management system. This position ensures data accuracy, document control, user support, and the successful implementation of safety modules across multiple locations. This fixed-term opportunity is designed as a 12-week full-time assignment, with flexibility to be structured as a 24-week part-time arrangement where required.
Role and Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the DoneSafe safety management system.
- Support the implementation and onboarding of safety modules across 9 locations.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and system accuracy.
- Manage document control and maintain safety records.
- Provide training and coaching to new system users.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Participate in regular meetings and provide system support across the business.
- You will be working in a hybrid environment from our Bella Vista and/or Berkshire park site.
Education and Experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, including office-based and operational employees.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
