Are you looking to build your marketing and communications career while working on practical projects that reach brokers, partners, agents and customers? As a Marketing & External Communications Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across campaigns, events, digital content, presentations and marketing collateral, giving you the opportunity to build a broad foundation in marketing.

You’ll be supported by an experienced Marketing team and work closely with colleagues across the business, external suppliers and creative partners. The role offers structured opportunities to develop your communication, project coordination, content and stakeholder management skills, while exploring how AI and other tools can improve the way marketing work is delivered.

Key Responsibilities?

As the Marketing & External Communications Associate, you will support the delivery of marketing and communications activities across multiple channels. You’ll work with internal stakeholders, business teams, external vendors and other partners to coordinate projects and produce clear, consistent and effective brand communications. Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Develop, update and coordinate presentations, brochures, forms, website content and other marketing materials.
  • Manage marketing requests from internal stakeholders and help coordinate timely delivery.
  • Support events, webinars, seminars and partner engagements, including invitations and event materials.
  • Assist with eDMs, social media content and other digital communications.
  • Maintain marketing content across websites, portals and other digital platforms.
  • Gather and analyse campaign data and marketing analytics, contributing to the monthly LII dashboard.
  • Maintain the calendar of external events and support marketing administration and operations.
  • Submit and validate PowerPoint presentations through the offshore PowerPoint enhancement service.
  • Use AI tools to support copywriting, design and asset resizing, while ensuring materials align with brand guidelines and business requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools, content management systems and AI platforms is an advantage.
