• 4 x 31 August 2026 - 1 November 2026

About the Role

Working within a busy rural hospital, you'll gain exposure across:

• Emergency Department
• Acute Inpatient Care
• Rural Generalist Nursing

This role is ideal for nurses who are confident working autonomously and enjoy a varied clinical environment.

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Rural nursing experience
• Emergency nursing experience
• Advanced Life Support (ALS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Emergency Triage Education Kit (ETEK)

Highly Regarded

• Experience using ieMR
• Knowledge of FirstNet, PowerChart and HBCIS
• Previous Australian public health experience

Mandatory Requirements

• Medication management competency
• Manual handling
• Infection prevention and control
• Occupational Violence Prevention training
• Mandatory reporting training
• Willingness to complete any required online onboarding and electronic medical record training before commencement
