Job Description
This role is all about turning analysis into strategic influence across Charter Hall’s $19b Office platform - using financial modelling, commercial insight and property knowledge to help shape portfolio strategy, capital decisions and investor outcomes.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Lead portfolio analytics and insights across Charter Hall’s Office Wholesale Funds, helping shape investment performance, capital management and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Fund Managers, Investment Managers and senior leaders on transactions, capital raising, portfolio construction and performance analysis.
- Turn complex financial and property data into clear recommendations that influence investors, senior management, the Board and external research houses.
- Play a key role in portfolio curation and business improvement, supporting scalable growth across the Office platform.
- Lead and develop a team of Fund Analysts and Senior Fund Analysts, building a high-performing, engaged and commercially focused team.

- Commitment to continuous improvement and evolution of the business.
- Degree qualified in finance, business, property, or commerce related discipline. Post degree qualifications not mandatory depending on level of practical experience.
- 5 – 10 years (plus) experience in an analyst role or real estate funds management.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (strong application of financial modelling is essential) and PowerPoint.
- Applied knowledge of key financial reporting principles.
- Experience in a property discipline (asset management, valuations, commercial development, transactions) will be looked upon favourably.
