Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with at least 3 years of experience in international sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build relationships with global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their pain points and needs
• Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with key decision-makers
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in the CRM
• Research target markets and industries to personalize outreach strategies
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and lead generation
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an SDR targeting international markets
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to handle objections and engage prospects effectively
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Familiarity with lead generation, email automation, and LinkedIn outreach tools
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong research and analytical skills
