In this role within the High Value Enterprise Payments team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering enterprise-wide payments product solutions, with a specific focus on global high-value payments platforms and the BESS migration program. This position requires advanced expertise in payments product development, cross-border solutions, and large-scale transformation projects. You will lead end-to-end requirements delivery, from planning and analysis to execution, while guiding cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes.
What will you do?
- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Payment initiatives
- Manage stakeholder communication and lead agile product development cycles from ideation to release
- Translate business goals into actionable product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Measure and communicate program performance and outcomes against business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and iteration of solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Ensure optimal delivery by removing barriers and developing contingency plans
- Perform stakeholder analysis and facilitate collaborative sessions for requirements discovery
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
- 7+ years of experience in the payments space with a strong understanding of payments rails, including SWIFT and ISO 20022 standards, and the Canadian payment ecosystem.
- Proven experience delivering initiatives in an enterprise setting.
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to work cross-functionally and influence across multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to document high-level business requirements and prioritize team backlogs in accordance with our business drivers.
- A commitment to seeing initiatives through to execution; a willingness to tack tasks directly, regardless of the challenge.
