Location: Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based at AvatarLuxe™ in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The Dermatologist will conduct thorough skin consultations, diagnose and manage dermatological conditions such as acne, pigmentation, and hair disorders, and design individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include performing clinical and cosmetic dermatology procedures, monitoring treatment outcomes, and ensuring safety and quality in all patient interactions.

The role involves collaborating with plastic surgeons and aesthetic physicians, maintaining accurate medical records, and following evidence-based protocols. The Dermatologist will also educate clients on skin care regimens, support clinic initiatives, and participate in ongoing training and case discussions to stay current with advancements in aesthetic and medical dermatology.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of skin and hair conditions.
• Clinical expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including aesthetic procedures and evidence-based treatment protocols.
• Specific experience managing Acne and related skin concerns, with a focus on individualized, results-driven treatment plans.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Dermatology (MD/DNB or equivalent), and relevant licensing/registration to practice.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to counsel and educate diverse clients in a clear, respectful manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary aesthetic team and adapt to a high-end clinical environment.
• Prior experience in aesthetic clinics or cosmetic practice, and familiarity with advanced dermatology devices and technologies, is an advantage.
