Senior Interior Designer

Homzinterio is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Senior Interior Designer to drive sales conversions while delivering exceptional customer experiences along with end to end design process The role involves understanding client requirements, proposing suitable interior design solutions, managing client relationships, and coordinating project execution from sales closure to final handover.

*Key Responsibilities*

Convert qualified leads into confirmed interior design projects.

Conduct client consultations to understand requirements, preferences, budget, and lifestyle needs.

Develop and present design concepts, estimates, and project proposals.

Guide clients through the design and material selection process take full responsibility of sales and design

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate with design, execution, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Follow up regularly with clients and provide timely updates on project progress.

Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients and successful handover of completed projects.

Identify opportunities for upselling modular furniture, décor, furnishings, and other value-added services.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project milestones.

Requirements

Experience in interior design sales, client relationship management, or residential interior design projects can able to complete design process.

Proven ability to convert leads and achieve sales targets.

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Good understanding of residential interior design, modular furniture, and space planning concepts.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages.

Ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.

Proficiency in design presentation tools and CRM systems is an added advantage.
