Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic team member to be responsible for the Client, employee and internal stakeholder function for the Customer Service / Payroll and AR function for the business. The successful applicant will possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to deal with multiple key stakeholders including Employees, Client representatives, internal HR Consultants and Finance team. The role will consist of the following responsibilities
- End to End payroll for 350+ employees including electronic timesheet management, monitoring approvals within deadlines and associated payroll criteria such as location, work type, pay rate and entitlement administration in Systems
- Preparing Invoicing based on completed payroll results and ensuring integrity of the payroll results in all pay and finance systems
- Strong communication skills when liaising with Employees, Client Management and internal team members to get outcomes and meet objectives on a weekly basis
- Accounts Receivable based on Payroll Output, ensuring Client Invoicing and Collection with Purchase Order administration

Required
- Positive attitude with an outcome based focus
- Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders in high pressure situations to achieve results
- Payroll experience on any scale preferred
- Workforce management industry exposure highly desirable
- Proven reliability and attention to detail are critical
- Full working rights in Australia
