Sales Commission Agent

Mrs Mac’s is seeking an experienced Sales Commission Agent to manage and grow sales across South Australia. This is a flexible, self-directed contractor opportunity suited to someone with experience in foodservice, FMCG, wholesale or distribution. You will manage your own schedule and territory activity, with the ability to undertake other non-competing work alongside this role.

You will represent Mrs Mac’s across key South Australian foodservice, wholesale and distribution customers, including PFD Food Services, Countrywide, Superior Food Services, Bidfood, Campbells and NAFDA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Mrs Mac’s sales across the South Australian territory.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new customer, product, promotional and ranging opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits, account reviews and product presentations.
• Provide market feedback, customer insight and competitor activity to the Mrs Mac’s sales team.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline and territory plan.

Commission

This is a commission-based opportunity, with a guaranteed base commission on monthly sales and additional incentives available for territory growth.

The more the territory grows, the greater the earning opportunity.

About you

You will ideally have:

• Sales experience in foodservice, FMCG, wholesale, distribution or retail.
• Established relationships within the South Australian foodservice and distributor market.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, self-directed approach to managing customers and identifying opportunities.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Contractor arrangement

This is a commission-based independent contractor arrangement. The successful applicant will operate through their own ABN and manage the usual costs associated with operating their business, including travel, vehicle, phone, insurance and equipment.

The role offers flexibility to undertake other non-competing work, provided this does not create a conflict of interest with Mrs Mac’s.
