About us:Rockhampton Hospital's Maternity Service is the heart of maternity care in Central Queensland, supporting around 1,400 births each year. As the region's main birthing hub, it provides comprehensive care from pregnancy through to birth and postnatal support, with specialised services including antenatal care, a dedicated Birth Suite and a Level 4 Special Care Nursery for babies requiring extra support.
