Change Analyst – Expressions of Interest 6–24 Month Contract Opportunities | Newcastle, NSW | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Are you an experienced Change Analyst looking for your next contract opportunity in Newcastle? GWG Recruitment is seeking Expressions of Interest from Change Analysts for upcoming day-rate contract opportunities with leading organisations across the Hunter. Contract lengths are expected to range from 6 months to 2 years, offering the chance to contribute to large-scale transformation programs across technology, digital and business change initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Develop and deliver change, communication and engagement plans.
• Support business readiness, training and adoption activities.
• Work closely with project teams and business stakeholders to embed sustainable change.
• Track change effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Change Analyst on enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience applying recognised change methodologies such as Prosci and/or ADKAR.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience supporting Agile and project delivery environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
