Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Storeperson / Logistics Officer to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt, storage, handling, and movement of inventory and non-inventory items throughout the facility.
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight safely and efficiently.
  • Promote and maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with company quality standards and procedures.
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and accurately record deliveries, ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed of stock arrivals.
  • Operate ERP and logistics management systems to process receipting, inventory movements, and shipments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and freight providers.
  • Support additional warehouse and logistics activities as required by management.

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment.
  • A current Forklift Licence (LF)
  • Sound understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and best practice material handling procedures.
  • Knowledge of transport, freight, import, and export requirements.
  • Experience using ERP and warehouse management systems (preferably SAP).
  • Supportive and safety-focused team environment.
  • Diverse and hands-on role with variety in day-to-day responsibilities.
