As the Customer Service Officer, you will report directly to the Customer Service Supervisor. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every call, booking, enquiry and service issue is handled with care. You will play a key role in maintaining the customer experience, resolving issues before they elevate, and supporting major accounts, regained clients and high‑value customers.

We are currently located in Adelaide CBD 5000, and excited to be moving to a brand-new office in Wingfield in mid-2026!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Capture booking details accurately—goods, dimensions, weight and instructions.
  • Follow all Manual Handling and Dangerous Goods requirements.
  • Promote online booking and tracking tools to enhance client experience.
  • Resolve client queries on the first call whenever possible.
  • Update the Transport System with all changes and notes.
  • Action the daily Concern Report and resolve issues promptly.
  • Reconnect with regained clients and address any concerns.
  • Call major clients by 10am to identify down trade and secure bookings.
  • Work closely with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve service issues.
  • Escalate urgent or at‑risk deliveries through the right channels.
  • Promote our national service offering to support business growth.
  • Manage the shared bookings inbox.
  • Support your manager with reporting and admin tasks.
