About The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients and customers across salary packaging and novated leasing products.

You will act as a key point of contact, managing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information relating to salary packaging and novated leasing
  • Support customers throughout the lifecycle of their package or lease
  • Process customer requests, updates, and documentation with a high level of accuracyResolve customer issues efficiently, escalating more complex matters where required
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within internal systems
  • Support payment processing, account updates, and general administration tasks
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure service delivery standards are met
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience

You are a proactive and customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and solving problems. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or operations role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in salary packaging or novated leasing (desirable but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems
