Sales Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Sales AccountManager to join our team based in Belmont. In this exciting role hands onrole, you will be responsible for sales, picking and pulling their orders, newbusiness development and ensuring smooth market operations. This position isperfect for someone who is fit, energetic and thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment, enjoys working with flowers, and has a keen eye for both sales andoperational efficiency.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, starting at 6am to meet market demands. We are open to flexibility with workinghours to accommodate your needs

Your responsibilities will include:

• Achieve budgeted GrossProfit Percentage (GP%) and turnover targets across client accounts.
• Utilise systems tomonitor account performance and ensure the full product range is offered.
• Pick and pull yourcustomers orders and ensure quality checks are completed.
• Identify new salesopportunities and drive Webshop sales.
• Collaboratively workwith the procurement and sales teams to optimize product buying andselling.
• Communicate consistentlywith accounts regarding shortages, substitutes, or any issues.
• Assist with checkoutduring market hours and drive post-market sales with existing clients.
• Provide feedback onmarket pricing and trends.
• Ensure a safe workingenvironment, adhering to health and safety protocols
