Duties
- Provide quality nursing practice within an Aboriginal primary health care model of service by assisting the primary health care team and effectively plan workload to achieve results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organisations, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Primary Health Clinic, integrating culturally safe practices.
- Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of ATSICHS Policy and procedures in line with AGPAL Accreditation Standards.

- Base salary of $82,732 per annum (Based on qualification and experience).

Skills and Experiences
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher.
- Full un-restricted AHPRA registration.
- Ability to support a continuous improvement model for achieving outcomes.
- Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
- Knowledge of culturally safe practices and sensitivity towards Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Primary Health Care.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
- Evidence of Work Rights.
Preferred
- Knowledge of and experience working with - MMEx.
