• Leadership for Learning – You see yourself as a leader for learning and demonstrate the same vision, values, and commitment as school leaders to support students to continuously learn and get better.
• Learning Spaces – You create and use spaces to support and demonstrate the school’s shared ideas about learners and learning and the ways in which students are getting better.
• In Partnership with Parents – You ensure that the individual needs of parents and carers are understood and that they feel informed and involved as valued members of the school’s learning community.
• Improvement Planning – You are committed to learning and getting better and ensure this improvement happens strategically and effectively.

Skills, Qualifications And Experience

• The successful candidate will possess relevant teaching qualifications and demonstrated experience in an educational setting.
• Certification is highly recommended, with International Baccalaureate (IB) training and/or certification strongly preferred.
• Applicants should have proven teaching experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and classroom experience that demonstrates the ability to deliver high-quality instruction and support student success.

Pay Range: We anticipate the salary range to be $48,000–$55,000 CAD. An individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors, which include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.

Extended benefits may be offered to eligible employees, including PTO, company-paid holidays, and other insurances.
