Business Analyst

We're hiring: Business Analyst | Quantum Technologies

Join a global technology transformation programme focused on preparing enterprise systems for the next generation of cybersecurity challenges. We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can bridge business and technology, drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders, and help shape the delivery of quantum-safe capabilities.

What you'll be doing:

• Gather, analyse and document business & functional requirements
• Translate complex business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Design and improve cross-functional processes and operating models
• Define reporting, metrics and data requirements with PMO and MI teams
• Facilitate workshops with technical and business stakeholders
• Support Agile delivery by managing backlogs, sprint readiness and requirement traceability
• Contribute to governance, risk management and evidence readiness

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale technology programmes
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and IT
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and workshop facilitation
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience within cybersecurity or technology risk programmes
• Knowledge of Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) or quantum-safe initiatives
• Experience with reporting, dashboards and management information (MI)
• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments
