From Day 1, you will be embedded into the core of our daily operations, collaborating with talented peers and regional teams across the globe. You will work to support and execute our business strategies with direct guidance and support from local leadership.

Select your track:

Track A: Game Marketing - Focus on how our games reach and resonate with millions. You will master:

• Performance Marketing & User Acquisition (UA).
• Branding and Community building.
• Managing influencer tribes and massive local campaigns.

Track B: Game Operations - Focus on the "engine" that keeps our games alive and profitable. You will master:

• Game Economy and Monetization strategies.
• Planning and executing major in-game events.
• Data analysis to optimize player retention and experience.

Requirements

• Education: Higher degree (Bacharelado, Tecnólogo ou Licenciatura) completed between Dec/2023 and Dec/2026.
• Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Passion for games: You must be an active player, have deep knowledge of gaming mechanics, meta-trends, and player psychology.
• Availability: able to work in a hybrid model for 8 hours a day in São Paulo/SP.
