Job DescriptionHR Business Systems Analyst (UKG) Fully Remote Ireland Our client is a highly successful global company seeking a HR Business Systems Analyst to join their team. This position supports the organizations timekeeping and attendance operations by assisting in the configuration, maintenance and ongoing support of time and attendance systems. The Analyst partners closely with Payroll, HRIS and internal stakeholders.

Salary: โ‚ฌ75K - โ‚ฌ80K plus bonus and benefits. The role: Support the configuration, testing and maintenance of timekeeping, pay code mapping, accruals, attendance, validation of data flows and leave rules under direction of senior team members Assist with time-to-payroll processing activities to ensure accurate and timely payroll results Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to timekeeping, attendance and leave with a strong customer-service orientation Perform routine audits and data validation to identify and resolve discrepancies Assist with testing system updates, upgrades and regulatory changes Maintain documentation for timekeeping processes, configurations and standard operating procedures Partner with Payroll, HRIS and site HR teams to troubleshoot issues, escalate complex matters as appropriate and deliver root cause analysis within UKG timekeeping and integrations Support internal and external audit requests related to time and attendance data Assist with reporting and data extracts to support payroll processing and operational analysis Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to senior team members Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive employee and payroll information Support business needs in post-go-live (hypercare) activities, including rapid reaction to blockers, user support and continuous stabilization All other duties as assigned The Role: 3rd level Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred 23 years of experience supporting timekeeping or payroll systems in a corporate or manufacturing environment Experience working with cloud-based HCM or timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos/UKG) preferred Demonstrated ability to manage operations across multiple countries and regulatory environments Previous experience designing and managing HRIS integrations is highly preferred Familiarity with how timekeeping integrates with payroll and HR systems Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to analyze issues, follow established processes and escalate appropriately Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly to non-technical users Skills: HR Systems Business Benefits: Work From Home TPBN1_IJ
