IT Product Manager

Are you passionate about IT technologies and interested in working in a highly dynamic environment? Join the Costs & Vendors team, where you will help manage costs and compliance for our global IT infrastructure and workplace. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver services for the global IT of SIX.

What You Will Do

• Support the financial steering of global IT infrastructure products by actively managing cost transparency, identifying deviations and driving improvements
• Act as a single point of contact for internal stakeholders and challenge stakeholders, procurement and finance where appropriate
• Support contract and license management activities by ensuring transparency and identifying risks and optimization opportunities
• Prepare reports and further develop processes and improve transparency and efficiency (purchase orders, demand verification, renewals, documentation)

What You Bring

• 2-5 years of experience in IT product management, service-, contract- or license management
• Strong financial understanding (budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation) and ability to interpret cost structures
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with ability to derive insights and recommendations and a good understanding of IT infrastructure and service delivery
• Good understanding of licensing models and their commercial impact
• Advanced skills in Power BI reporting, automation and the use of artificial intelligence
• Fluent in English (both verbal & writing), German and/or Spanish are a plus
• Growth mindset, open to change, and motivated to take on more responsibility step-by-step
