Role Summary

We're looking for a Technical Writer with an engineering background and excellent English writing skills to create patents, grant proposals, project documentation, and technical reports while working closely with our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare patent applications in collaboration with engineering teams.
  

• Write grant proposals and technical submissions for research and government funding opportunities.
  

• Create and maintain project documentation, technical reports, SOPs, user manuals, and engineering documentation.
  

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand technical concepts and convert them into clear, well-structured documents.
  

• Review, edit, and maintain documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  

• Maintain documentation repositories and version control for technical documents.
  

 

 Must-Have Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  

• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  

• Ability to understand and communicate engineering concepts clearly.
  

• Strong attention to detail and document organization.
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in patent drafting or grant writing.
  

• Familiarity with research papers, technical publications, or engineering documentation.
  

• Knowledge of robotics, automation, AI, or industrial technologies.
  

• Experience working with engineering or R&D teams.
