Talent Acquisition Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Mid-Level Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on an initial 6-month contract. This role may be extended or converted into a longer-term opportunity based on business needs and individual performance.

As part of the application process, candidates should be comfortable with the initial 6-month contractual term.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions.
• Source, engage, and assess technology professionals across different seniority levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate both technical and behavioral fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and hiring reports.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Software Development, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, QA, DevOps, or related technology roles.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory, as the role involves communication in English.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience recruiting for international or global projects.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology market.
