Warehouse Team Lead

DelGate Logistics is looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support our growing fulfillment operation. This is an active floor position—not a desk-only supervisory role.

The successful candidate must be a skilled forklift operator and have previous experience working in a fulfillment or 3PL warehouse.

DelGate Logistics is looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support our growing fulfillment operation. This is an active floor position—not a desk-only supervisory role.

The successful candidate must be a skilled forklift operator and have previous experience working in a fulfillment or 3PL warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping activities
• Operate reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of warehouse associates
• Ensure customer orders and receiving tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Coordinate container unloading, palletizing and inventory placement
• Maintain accurate inventory and investigate discrepancies
• Use a warehouse management system to process and verify transactions
• Train employees on warehouse procedures, safety and equipment operation
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe facility
• Report operational issues, damages and delays to managementSupport the warehouse team wherever required during busy periods
  

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a fulfillment, distribution or 3PL warehouse
• Strong forklift operating skills
• Valid forklift certification is preferred
• Experience with reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts
• Experience with order fulfillment, inventory control and container destuffing
• Comfortable working directly on the warehouse floor
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Physically capable of performing regular warehouse duties
• Reliable, organized and accountable
