PMO - Interior / Civil

Job Summary

The PMO professional will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project governance, planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and resource management across multiple Interior Fit-Out and Civil projects. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards while providing management with accurate project performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Control

• Develop and maintain master project schedules for multiple projects.
• Monitor project progress against baselines and milestones.
• Track project deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend corrective actions.

Project Governance

• Implement PMO standards, processes, and project controls.
• Ensure compliance with company project management methodologies.
• Conduct project reviews, audits, and governance meetings.
• Maintain project documentation and change management records.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly project performance reports.
• Develop project dashboards and KPI reports for senior management.
• Monitor project health, budget utilization, resource allocation, and productivity.
• Analyze project risks, delays, and cost variances.

Resource Management

• Coordinate manpower planning across projects.
• Track resource utilization and productivity.
• Support project managers in resource forecasting and allocation.

Cost & Budget Monitoring

• Track project budgets, commitments, and actual expenditures.
• Monitor variations, change orders, and cost impacts.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, and project teams for budget control.

Risk Management

• Maintain project risk and issue registers.
• Identify potential project risks and mitigation plans.
• Escalate critical project concerns to management.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with Project Managers, Design Teams, Procurement, QS, and Site Teams.
• Facilitate project review meetings and management presentations.
• Ensure smooth communication between all project stakeholders.
