The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager and Content Head who is genuinely obsessed with streetwear culture.

Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, save, share, comment, and want to be part of a brand. You should have a strong eye for aesthetics, good taste in content, and a clear understanding of streetwear brands, fashion trends, creators, music, internet culture, and youth culture in India.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan in-house content: Create monthly content plans for Reels, posts, stories, product shoots, drop launches, and behind-the-scenes content.

2. Lead content production: Plan shoot concepts, references, styling, shot lists, and coordinate with photographers, models, editors, and the internal team to get high-quality content made.

3. Manage influencer marketing: Find relevant creators, handle outreach, gifting, negotiations, follow-ups, and ensure campaigns run smoothly.

4. Guide influencers for better content: Give creators strong briefs, hooks, references, styling ideas, and feedback so they create content that feels natural but matches Jnorss' streetwear vibe.

5. Track and improve content performance: Monitor what content and influencers are driving reach, engagement, followers, traffic, and sales, then use those learnings for the next content plan.
