Your new role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior CRM Developer to play a key role in the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise CRM solutions. Working within a collaborative delivery team, you will develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, build integrations, and support the delivery of customer-centric digital services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions, workflows, and customisations
- Building and maintaining integrations between Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and external systems
- Developing custom plugins, APIs, workflows, and reusable components
- Delivering Power Pages solutions, including portal development and front-end customisation
- Performing data migration, integration, and data quality management activities
- Troubleshooting system issues and implementing performance improvements
- Working closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and project teams to deliver CRM enhancements
- Providing technical documentation, user support, and knowledge sharing across the team
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience as a CRM Developer, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments
- Strong experience with Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages
- Solid development experience using JavaScript, .NET, SQL, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies
- Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns
- Strong understanding of CRM customisation, workflows, plugins, and data management processes
- Experience creating reusable components and front-end solutions for customer-facing portals
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
