An opportunity to join a leading global organisation’s Technology Business Unit, supporting innovative mining technology solutions from our Osborne Park, Perth, warehouse and manufacturing facility.
This role would suit someone with up to three years’ experience in a warehouse, inventory, purchasing or similar operational environment. With strong attention to detail, good systems aptitude, a driver’s licence and the ability to safely complete manual handling tasks where required, you will:
- Coordinate Australian purchasing and inter-company purchasing, including converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders and supporting the process through to receival of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels and help ensure required materials and parts are available for manufacturing, sales and service activities.
- Keep stores areas organised, controlled and easy to navigate, with clear accountability for stock handling and inventory movements.
- Pick assemblies, customer orders and required materials in a disciplined way that supports accurate stock control and efficient production flow.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for delivery, including recording serial numbers and ensuring items are packaged to a suitable standard.
- Perform stocktakes and reconcile inventory across Australian locations, while also helping consolidate stocktake results from our US and Canada teams.
- Support site bag management, assist with basic assembly work when required, and liaise with local and international teams to support smooth warehouse and inventory operations.
- A general understanding of mining technology, instrumentation or electronics would be desirable, as well as having collaborated across multiple and global sites.
- It is essential you reside in Perth and have the necessary working rights visa for Australia.
