Our Campaigns and Rewards team in Malaga is growing and we are now looking for a Backend Engineering Team Lead to join!

The Wow
As a Team Lead at Betsson Group, you will lead a team of talented people and take overall responsibility for team performance.
As the Team Lead, you will take an active role in driving the delivery of your team and promoting a healthy team spirit and culture.
You will also participate as a developer in designing and developing next-generation Engagement products for the iGaming industry.
A taster of what you will be involved with
- People management, mentoring, and coaching developers.
- Taking part in recruiting and onboarding.
- Performance reviews.
- 1-to-1 meetings.
- Close collaboration with:
- Product Managers
- Architects
- Stakeholders
- Understand and implement business requirements.
- Software development according to modern best practices and principles.
- Take part in the decision-making process for:
- application architecture
- solution design
- architecture improvements
- code reviews
What we are looking for
- Experience in software development for more than 5 years.
- Experience managing teams of software engineers.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Agile mindset with business goals orientation.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in:
- C#
- .NET Framework
- .NET Core
