Overview

Phase Analyzer Company (a business unit of PAC) designs, manufactures, sells and services test instruments to measure cold flow properties. Our company’s customers include oil refineries, commercial laboratories, fuel distributors, terminals, blenders, aviation companies, and military. Responsibilities

  • Inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy, completeness, and condition. Recording and updating inventory records in ERP system.
  • Sorting, labeling, and organizing received goods for storage or further processing.
  • Participating in regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Picking, packing, and preparing outbound orders for shipment.
  • Creating shipping labels and documentation.
  • Communicating effectively with carriers and internal stakeholders.
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and pallet stackers safely and efficiently.
  • Performing routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and organized to facilitate efficient operations.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Following regulatory requirements related to handling, storage, and shipping of goods.
  • Properly handling hazardous materials.
  • Providing status updates to management as required.
  • Handling other duties as required.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Min 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving and warehouse operations in manufacturing environment
  • Experience with international shipping and export
  • Experience with ERP systems

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

  • Computer literacy. Good Knowledge of MS Office Applications: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to perform numerical calculations such as add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Excellent organizational skills
